Terms of service

These terms govern use of optimatiza.com and describe the general framework under which we provide our services. By browsing this site, you accept these conditions. Each project's commercial terms are always agreed through a written proposal and contract; nothing published on this website constitutes a binding offer.

1 · Services

Who we are and what services we provide

Optimatiza ("we") provides business automation and AI agents and is based in San Salvador, El Salvador. We design, implement, and operate automation, AI agents, systems integration, data and business intelligence, and business applications using technologies including Power Platform, n8n, APIs, RPA, SQL, SharePoint, M365, and language models.

  • Written agreements. Each project's scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms are agreed individually through a proposal and contract signed by both parties.
  • Contract precedence. If these general terms conflict with a project contract, the contract's provisions prevail.
  • Published approach. How we work is described in our approach and in Security and governance; both documents are informational and do not replace the contract.

2 · Content

Scope of website content

  • Informational nature. This site's content, including articles in Insights and material in the resource center, is informational and promotional. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee specific results from reading or applying it.
  • No professional advice. Nothing published constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for such decisions.
  • Published case studies. The case studies we publish describe actual work and documented measurements. Results from one project do not guarantee identical results in another context.

3 · Demos

Interactive demos

The site includes demos solely to illustrate capabilities. Their usage conditions are:

  • Do not enter real data. Demos are not designed to process confidential, personal, or production information. Use fictional data.
  • No availability guarantee. Demos may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
  • Illustrative results. Demo responses do not constitute a commitment regarding the behavior of a production solution, whose scope is defined by contract.

4 · Acceptable use

Use of the site and our integrations

  • Acceptable website use. You agree not to attempt to breach the site's security, interfere with its operation, or perform abusive bulk extraction of its content.
  • Our own integrations. Our LinkedIn publishing application is used solely to publish Optimatiza's own content on our own company page, in compliance with LinkedIn's terms and policies. We do not act on behalf of third parties through this integration.
  • Ethical handling of third-party information. When a project requires collecting or processing information from external sources, we work exclusively with public sources and authorized access. We do not offer or accept assignments involving unauthorized system access, impersonation, or violations of third-party terms of service, consistent with our position on responsible AI.

5 · Intellectual property

Ownership of content and deliverables

  • Website content. Text, trademarks, logos, and materials on optimatiza.com belong to Optimatiza unless otherwise stated. You may quote them with attribution. Full reproduction for commercial purposes requires authorization.
  • Third-party trademarks. Product and platform trademarks mentioned—such as Microsoft, Power Platform, n8n, or LinkedIn—belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
  • Project deliverables. Ownership of each project's deliverables is defined in its contract. Our standard practice is for environments, licenses, repositories, and documentation to remain in the client's name, as described in our approach.

6 · Liability

Availability, warranties, and liability

  • Site provided "as is." The site and its demos are provided "as is" and "as available." Their operation may depend on third-party services—hosting, APIs, or measurement platforms—outside our control.
  • Service warranties. Warranties applicable to a contracted service are exclusively those agreed in writing in the corresponding proposal and contract.
  • Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it.

7 · General framework

Changes, governing law, and contact

  • Updates. We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page with a visible update date.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without prejudice to the jurisdiction and law agreed in each project contract with clients in other countries.
  • Related documents. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy and website measurement in the cookie policy.
