What data we process and where it comes from

We collect only the data needed to respond to you, provide our services, and measure use of this site.

• Contact details. If you contact us through the website form, WhatsApp, or email, we process the data you choose to share—name, email, company, and message content—solely to respond and provide commercial follow-up to your inquiry. The website form is processed through Formspree.
• Website measurement data. We use Google Analytics 4 (with cookies) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (without cookies, using aggregate data) to understand website usage. Full details are in the cookie policy.
• LinkedIn integration. Through LinkedIn's official API, and only after an administrator authorizes it, our publishing application accesses the information needed to publish content on our own company page: the organization identifier and publishing permission. We do not access data belonging to other users or organizations.
• Client project data. Information we access during a project is governed by the applicable contract and confidentiality agreements. It is used solely to provide the agreed service and handled with least-privilege access, according to the controls described in Security and governance.

4 · Form security

Processing your IP address and preventing automated submissions

This site's contact form is protected against automated submissions. Your request first reaches Optimatiza's own service hosted on Cloudflare's network, which applies the measures below before forwarding your message to us.

• What data is processed. When you submit the form, this service receives your connection's IP address along with the usual technical data associated with an internet connection.
• For what purpose. One purpose only: limiting submissions from the same source within a time interval and blocking automated bulk submissions. We do not use your IP address to identify you, profile you, or for advertising.
• Minimal retention. Your IP address is not stored with your request content or added to our contact records. It is stored in protected form through a cryptographic hash, solely as a temporary submission counter that is automatically deleted within a maximum of twenty-four hours. We do not send it to our analytics tools.
• Our basis for doing so. Optimatiza's legitimate interest in keeping its contact channel operational and protecting its infrastructure and providers against fraudulent or bulk submissions.
• Cloudflare as a subprocessor. This service runs on Cloudflare, Inc.'s infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as a subprocessor on behalf of Optimatiza and processes the IP address and connection metadata solely to provide this service and secure its own network.
• Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Before accepting a submission, the form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification whose sole function is to distinguish a person from an automated program. It analyzes technical signals from your browser and connection—including your IP address—and returns a single-use result valid only for that submission. It does not install tracking cookies, follow your browsing across websites, or build advertising profiles. In most cases, you will not need to solve a puzzle. If your browser or an extension blocks Turnstile, the form cannot be submitted. In that case, contact us through WhatsApp.

5 · Third parties

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial exploitation. We use only technology providers strictly necessary for operations, each under its own terms of service:

• Formspree, to process the contact form.
• Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics, for the website usage measurement described in the cookie policy.
• Official LinkedIn API, to publish our own content on our company page.
• Cloudflare, to protect the form against automated submissions through IP-based limits and Turnstile verification, and for the cookieless measurement described in the cookie policy.

How to exercise your rights
