Shareable collaboration brief

Technical capacity for your consultancy's deliveries.

For consultancies, ERP/CRM integrators and IT providers that need complementary capacity for applications, automation, integration or data.

Remote work from El Salvador. Scope, capacity, start date and time-zone overlap are agreed before confirming an engagement.

You can print this page or save it as a PDF from your browser to share with your delivery or technical lead.

An agreed workstream, with a clear handover.

Power Platform and automation

Applications, flows, validation rules and documented operational processes, subject to the customer's licenses and environments.

Applications and integration

Web interfaces, API connections and business rules, after reviewing available systems, permissions and dependencies.

Data and reporting

Data consolidation, transformations, models and reports, with agreed sources, business definitions and checks.

We define a concrete implementation responsibility with your technical lead. New requirements, customer commitments and release decisions follow the agreed approval process.

Responsibilities are agreed at the start.

The consultancy owns

  • The customer relationship, functional priorities and commercial commitments.
  • Access authorization, requirements and the project's delivery standards.
  • The designated technical reviewer and final business acceptance.

Optimatiza contributes

  • Implementation and agreed technical reviews, tests and documentation.
  • Progress information, identified dependencies and technical findings.
  • Handover of the agreed code and artifacts with test evidence and known limitations.

How we coordinate a delivery.

  1. Define

Scope, interfaces, acceptance criteria, environments and dependencies.

  2. Implement

Changes within the team's repository and agreed development process.

  3. Review

Test evidence, technical review and handling of observations.

  4. Hand over

Delivered artifacts, documentation, limitations and pending items.

Define the engagement before assigning work.

Needed to evaluate an engagement

  • The process to cover, expected deliverables and systems involved.
  • A technical counterpart, available documentation and authorized access.
  • The desired dedication and schedule, to check feasibility together.

Terms to agree in writing

  • Investment, availability, start date and response commitments.
  • Confidentiality, ownership, access handling and end-of-engagement handover.
  • Scope changes, acceptance, support and production release approvals.

The brief does not reserve availability, promise unlimited capacity or replace a scoped proposal and contract. Customer communication and production changes require the agreed authorization.

Technical evidence

These owned projects and demonstrations help evaluate technical decisions. Each case states what was observed, the available evidence and the limits; they are not presented as customer outcomes.

Discuss a specific delivery need.

Tell us which responsibility you need to cover and which systems are involved. We will review scope, dependencies and a workable collaboration arrangement.
